Order Confirmation and Shipping Information

Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. Our dedicated team will work diligently to ensure your order is dispatched as swiftly as possible.

Typically, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days. However, please note that dispatch times may vary based on the product and our warehouse locations. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend allowing up to 3 business days for dispatch. Some products are extremely backed up at the manufacturer, such as the Ice Barrel 300 which currently has a 4-6 week lead time. Please contact us if you have specific shipping questions on any given product.

For certain products, such as custom-built and made-to-order items, there may be lead times required to craft and assemble your order before it is ready for dispatch. To find specific dispatch lead time details, please refer to the 'Dispatch Lead Time' information located on the product page within the main 'Description' tab.

General Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are subject to variation based on your location and the specific items within your order. As a general guideline, anticipate a delivery timeframe of 2-5 business days.

Please note that while this serves as a helpful reference, exceptions may apply. Certain products may have dedicated 'Delivery Timeframe' details available, either on a separate tab or within the main 'Description' tab of the product listing. This information will provide you with more precise delivery estimates tailored to your selected items.

Home Delivery (Bulky Items)

We offer a range of products that are exceptionally large and heavy, and their delivery and installation may have specific requirements. Please keep the following in mind:

  1. Safe and Accessible Site: To ensure a smooth delivery and installation process, it's important to have reasonable and safe access to your site. Overhanging trees, steep driveways, unpaved driveways, narrow passages or streets, or any unexpected obstructions may affect the feasibility of delivery.

  2. Regional or Remote Locations: If your delivery address is in a regional or remote area, we recommend considering delivery to the nearest depot as the most cost-effective option. This helps ensure efficient and affordable transportation of your order. Your convenience and satisfaction are our priorities.

Other Terms & Conditions

  • If you happen to miss the delivery, you will be required to pick up your item(s) from the freight company's depot. Re-delivery can be arranged to your home, however this will incur extra costs.
  • We can't advise on the exact time and day the delivery will occur as this is not within our control, however you will be emailed the tracking details where you will be able to contact the freight company for more accurate timeframes.
  • It is your responsibility to advise us if:
    • someone will be available to sign for delivery.
    • there's somewhere safe the item can be left if no one will be home.
    • if the address is a business address, as we will require the business hours of the business and name of the building. 
    • you notice any damage. If so, you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to support@elitedgeperformance.com, then visit our returns page and lodge your return claim online.
