While we have complete confidence in the quality of every product we offer, we understand that circumstances may lead to a change of heart or the realization that the item you ordered isn't quite what you expected. That's why we have a 30 Day Return Policy in place.
If, for any reason, you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, simply reach out to us at info@elitedgeperformance.com with your order number, and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to initiate the return process. It's important to note that as the customer, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs for the item(s) in your order. We will cover all restocking fees. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification confirming the completion of your return payment. Please bear in mind that for a refund to be issued, the item(s) must return to our distribution center in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items should not exhibit any visible signs of wear. Any items returned with visible wear or usage-related issues will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

Damages: In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please make an immediate note of it while signing for delivery and promptly send photos to returns@elitedgeperformance.com on the same day of delivery. Elite Edge Performance will cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our expense. Remember to retain all original packaging for items requiring return. All returns must be authorized by our customer service department before processing to guarantee a smooth resolution. We will work diligently to ensure you receive the undamaged product you ordered as quickly as possible. Items that sustain damage after use are non-refundable unless covered under warranty.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to our customer service team via email or phone immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund, while orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and be subject to return shipping costs.
Additional Notes: If a specific vendor or product deviates from the return policy outlined above, this information will be clearly indicated in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return details. Products specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for return. Elite Edge Performance exclusively serves customers who intend to use the item(s) for their economic life span. Orders purchased with the sole purpose of "one-time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes orders intended for trade shows, conferences, promotional purposes, or facilitated by trade show organizers.
